Can I get my order the same day?
Walk-in orders at our kiosks are often ready in about an hour, depending on how busy we are, stock, design and quantity. Online orders, including mall pickup orders, are not part of the one-hour service. Call or text 516-376-1378 before visiting if it's urgent.
How does mall pickup work?
Choose your mall at checkout. We'll text you when your order is ready to pick up at the kiosk. Pickup is free.
Do you offer bulk discounts on T-shirts?
Yes. The discount covers the whole custom T-shirt order, including printing and 2XL/3XL upgrades: 1–3 shirts: regular price · 4–9: 10% off · 10–24: 20% off · 25–49: 30% off · 50+: 40% off. It is applied automatically in your cart.
What photo should I upload?
Use the original photo from your phone or camera, not a screenshot. JPG or PNG files work best. We'll contact you if the quality is too low to print well.
Do I get a proof before my custom T-shirt is printed?
No. We print your custom T-shirt exactly as you submit it, and we don't send a proof or design preview before printing. Please check your spelling, photos, shirt color, size and printing options before you order. For help designing in person, visit one of our kiosks.
